Had we known more about your needs with respect to this element at the time of occurance, our onsite team would have been more than happy to assist, as we unfortunately do not manage the pool area or the access codes. We do provide as much information to our guests as we receive it, and we would have been able to determine if there was a change in information that we were unaware of, a defective entry code or sometimes a matter of input.
