Aspenwood K3

The K3 apartment was well appointed and very clean, the bed was a bit tall but comfortable. My grandson seemed to sleep well on the pullout couch. The unit had a pull out divider that separated the sleeping areas that was appreciated. Loved the many hooks in the hallways for drying clothes, jackets, etc. The pool and hot tub at Aspenwood were terrific, we spent 2.5 hours playing one morning; and the grounds were very pretty. It's not the most up to date studio apartment decor wise, but everything was working, comfortable and convenient, lots of nice dishes for meals in...we used the oven and the tea kettle often. The kids enjoyed watching classic cartoons when we had down time. Didn't have stunning views in K3, but Grandma thought the ground level apartment was quite convenient and we were able to travel to Maroon bells for the truly amazing scenery. We live in Colorado, so mountain views were not a necessity. Grandma and grandkids had a fun time in K3.

Nice place near the lifts. | Close to the lifts. Nice hot tubs. The unit was clean and well stocked with towels, bedding and kitchen goods, especially plates and drink ware. | The unit could use a refresh, especially the stove and pots and pans.

Great place and location for a quick overnight or maybe a longer stay!

The property was beautiful and the description of the home was accurate. It is just a short walk (1 or 2 minutes) from ski lifts, restaurants and shopping. The space felt roomy and there was room to unpack our belongings for a few days. We really enjoyed the location and the home itself.

Very nice spot in Snowmass Nothing fancy here …but VERY COMFORTABLE and great stay at this property. Bed is super comfy. My friend used the sofa bed Condo has everything you could want in the kitchen! Humidifier and fan were very nice to have. Like MANY condos in Aspen / Snowmass there was heat only, no AC … but 95% of the year a fan and open windows works just fine Communication was wonderful and responses instant when I had a couple of questions Snowmass cost about 1/2 of Aspen… so I felt like this condo was a great value … short drive or bus ride into Aspen Would definitely stay there again!

Convenient location in Snowmass The property was in a very convenient location near the base of the hill and near the RFTA/Snowmass mall. The bathroom was very nice and the living space was comfortable although the bed was very close to the kitchen and slightly too firm for us. The hot tub was nice and relaxing. It was very easy to hear others next to us and above us but overall I would stay there again!

Quite a few steps to maneuver to access the slopes but convenient .

The Snowmass rentals team is very responsive and helpful. We knew exactly where to go and how to check in. The location of the unit is great, just a short walk down the road to get onto the slopes, and another short walk into the village. The unit was comfortable has everything you need for a quick ski trip.

Another great stay in Snowmass Village! 100 yards from the slopes and less to the shops and restaurants nearby. Highly recommend Fuel cafe and Phillys pizza!
