IMPORTANT NOTICE Please be advised that the entire building adjacent to the property has been torn down and is currently undergoing demolition and reconstruction. It is anticipated that noise levels will be elevated, especially during the summer months, due to ongoing construction activities. The rental unit was very comfortable and a great location to walk Snowmass Village. The drive to Aspen was only about 20 minutes. Nice place to stay.

Cozy and clean condo! I rated this spot 4/5 just because it lacked AC. Temperature drops to the mid 50’s during the summer but still hot inside the condo. There should have been a newer fan to cool the heavily insulated condominium. Perfect for any winter trips, however!
