IMPORTANT NOTICE
Please be advised that the entire building adjacent to the property has been torn down. It is anticipated that reconstruction will start April 2026. The noise levels will be elevated, especially during the summer months, due to ongoing construction activities. As a result, the Willows C1 entrance, walkway, and views from both inside the condo and the back porch are directly facing the active demolition and construction site.
We appreciate your understanding and patience as this necessary construction takes place.

Recently remodeled with two bedrooms plus a twin sofa sleeper, the perfect fit for a group of guests. The condo is located on the ground level with a deck to enjoy the mountain air. Comfortably appointed, guests will enjoy new furniture with a gas fireplace, game table and 32 inch flat screen TV and ample seating. Only a few steps away you will find the common area pool and hot tub; a fantastic spot to relax and unwind after a day on the slopes, hiking, mountain biking or shopping. Skiing is just a short walk away to Fanny Hill, while shopping and dining at the Snowmass Mall or Base Village is just up the way. Bedding: King, 2 Twins, Twin Sleeper Sofa.
SKI SEASON: Parking passes are required for all Aspenwood, Terracehouse, and Willows condos and guests will need to go to the Parking Office to obtain permit. Snowmass Vacations will not be held responsible for any parking citations issued to guests.

Very nice condo. A well equipped kitchen. Plenty of towels, soap and shampoo provided. There was enough coffee for 2 days which gave us plenty of time to get to a store. We used the pool and hot tub a couple of times and appreciated all the stores and restaurants within walking distance. Thanks for a great visit!

The place was very conveniently located close to the Village Express and gondola. Also close to Snowmass Mall for shopping and restaurants. The kitchen had everything we needed. We cooked several nights. There are two hot tub choices and we recommend the one at Pokolodi lodge. You can take the path behind the condo, cross the street, continue on a bit to get to the pool and hot tub. It didn't open until 3pm though. Another amazing perk was the heated tile floors in the bathroom of this place! Had a great responsiveness from Snowmass vacations on a couple minor things we needed.

I was so pleased with my stay at this location. I really appreciate the detailed instructions and updates from Snowmass Vacation Rentals. I knew exactly where the property was and if I had any questions there was a phone number to call and actually get a person! Very responsive. The location was beautiful, good value for the money. The property was clean and exactly as described. I would definitely stay here in the future.

JasAspen Music Festival
We stayed for 3 nights to attend the festival. This property met our needs. We only used the kitchen for breakfast/coffee. It appears to have basic supplies. A positive of this unit is its proximity to the shuttle stop for concerts. This is also a negative because the road noise is loud. Unit was clean and easy to check into.

Aspen in the summer!
The condo was as described. It was clean and conveniently located. Great email communications from Snowmass Vacations Operations team regarding keys, parking, check in, check out, etc. Check out time was listed on VRBO as 11AM and 10AM in the condo.

The property had everything we needed during our stay. It was comfortable, clean and easy to access. We had one minor issue with a shower handle not working, but we called the number provided for assistance and they came within 5 minutes and took care of it. I would recommend staying here if you are looking for a nice place to stay in Snowmass. We also used the free bus to Aspen, which was easy to access with a couple different bus stops right by the condo.

Good place to stay in Snowmass. The place was clean and nice at that price point. It's located right near the Snowmass mall with shops and food which is convenient. One night we had one little issue with the shower handle and they sent someone out to fix it the very next morning, so they were attentive/responsive which is great if an issue does arise.

The condo was welcoming and comfortable and conveniently located - within walking distance to restaurants and activities but also stocked for cooking and an easy dinner in. The heated bathroom floors were a nice surprise that we never knew we needed! We would definitely come back - especially when the wildflowers are blooming and also when the snow is falling.

Very nice & great location
Nice, comfortable condo in a great location. We stayed here in the summer, the week after Memorial Day. This is what I would call the peak of the off-season. The condo was very nice & had everything we needed. It is walking distance to the lifts & everything in Snowmass base village. No issues with parking in the summer as it was not at all crowded. Just keep in mind if you visit at this time most of the restaurants nearby are closed. Many reopen later in June. Stayed here with husband & 21 & 13 year old sons. It was updated, clean & spacious for what we needed. It was a good value as we would have paid the same or more for a hotel room but this gave us much more room. The only minor issue is that there isn't much seating in the living area. One loveseat & 2 chairs. A larger sofa would be nice, but there are TVs in each bedroom, so not a big deal for us. Overall very happy & would stay here again.

Off season
We were here late April/early May— everything was closed, and I mean everything. Note pool and hot tub closed, which was not disclosed until we booked. Also note there is no washer/dryer in unit. 48 hours ahead I was supposed to receive check in info, did not receive, I had to email asking for it. However, the unit was very clean, great beds, great location, adequately stocked and furnished.

Ironman weekend Stay
The location was good quiet out of the craziness of race weekend but still close enough if you wanted to join in. It was a clean place, a little outdated but overall very clean and acceptable. I would stay again the experience was great.
